Staff-to-student ratio by age band, medical cover and the qualification of the person carrying it, transport standards and driver-hour limits, accommodation vetting criteria, the incident protocol, and the contact tree with response times. Every one of these is a commitment we put in writing for your committee before anything is booked. Ask for the safety dossier when you enquire.
