05 NIGHT / 06 DAYS

Day 01: ARRIVE ANDAMAN

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and transfer to hotel. After lunch visit the famous Cellular Jail – National Memorial and then proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.

  • Cellular Jail is closed on Monday
  • Light and Sound Show at 1800 hrs or 1900 Hrs, depending on ticket availability
Day 02: PORT BLAIR – HAVELOCK ISLAND

Early morning departure by Private ferry from Port Blair – Havelock. The ferry takes 1.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival be refreshed by some tender coconut water which we will offer at the exit of the jetty. Proceed to selected hotel and in the evening proceed to Beach No 7* (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine (N/Ac Car will be provided for pickup and drop, time spent 2-3 hours).  Return back to the Hotel to relax and unwind. 

·         Kindly remind hotel to provide packed breakfast at Port Blair since the same is not included at Havelock 

·         Carry valid Photo id ( PAN Card not accepted) as the same is checked before boarding ferry

Day 03: EXCURSION TO ELEPHANT BEACH

(Car will come at 0800 hrs and please ensure you are ready as the boat will leave at 0830 hrs and it is a further 10 min drive away to the boat): Embark on the most memorable snorkelling trip, just 40 min by Boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkelling. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkelling equipment and car pick up and drop to jetty. (The trip may be changed to light house subject to weather conditions and visibility)

  • The boats to EB are managed by a boat association who need individual guest to fill a consent form after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis.
  • Due to limited boats guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the wait time.
  • Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for this trip. 
Day 04: HAVELOCK – KALAPATHAR – PORT BLAIR

Check out from hotel and at around 1000 hrs proceed to visit  to Kalapathar Beach and then be dropped to Something Different – The Only Beach Side Café at Havelock where you can unwind or relax on the beach and then have lunch on direct payment (Restaurant serves: Indian/ Chinese/ Continental/ Pizzas). Return from Something Different to Jetty @ 1500 hrs to board return ferry from Havelock Island to Port Blair. Evening at Leisure.

  • Request you to kindly carry the luggage and proceed to Kalapathar
  • Do note that all hotels on Havelock have an early morning check out time and late checkout is provided at the discretion of the hotel management
Day 05: PORT BLAIR – CITY TOUR AND ROSS ISLAND

After breakfast, start for a tour of places in & around Port Blair (City Tour) – Cellular Jail, Chatam Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum and Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika). After lunch visit Ross Island  which is about 2 km east of Port Blair and can be reached by a short boat ride from Water Sports Complex (Ferry leaves at 1400 hrs and returns at 1600 hrs). The island is controlled by the Indian Navy, which requires every visitor to sign in on entering. In the evening proceed for some local shopping. Take feedback form from our guest representative and share your feedback! ·         Ferry for Ross Island leaves at 1400 hrs and returns at 1600 hrs

·         Ross Island is closed on Wednesday 

·         Chatham Saw Mill- Forest Musuem is shut on Sunday and S/S places on Monday.

Day 06: DEPARTURE

Visa Documentation:
On booking the tour, our travel advisor will guide you about all visa formalities as per the consulate. Kindly submit complete visa documents as per submission timeline given by the Travel Advisor. Some consulates may call you for a personal interview.

Changes in pre-defined tour programme:
Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in tour programme so that the necessary arrangements can be made. As per the amendments, additional charges would be applicable.

Cancellation:
In case due to unavoidable circumstances you need to cancel the tour, kindly give an application in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy and the no. of days left for the tour departure. The fewer the no. of days, higher will be the cancellation charges.

Bank details for Payment:
Payments can be made through local ‘Account payee’ cheques or by Cash at our office.
Overwriting on Cheques is not allowed as per RBI rule.
PAN details will be required in case of cash payment in accordance with prevailing Income Tax rules.
Kindly note that Outstation cheque is not acceptable.

Guests who are unable to visit our offices for Booking, can deposit local clearing cheques in any of the below Bank Accounts or can make payment Online through Net Banking.
Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details.

  • DEFINITION:
    “You”/”Client” mean the Person/Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made
    “We”/”Us”/”Company” means ZUBILANT!!!
    “Independent Contractors” means Hotelier/Hotel owner, Owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway, Ferryboat owner/Operator, Coach owner/Operator, or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to render services to the client.
    “Tour Cost” means the amount mentioned in the Total Tour Cost column in the Booking form overleaf.
    Readymade Holiday Pack: means and includes the Holiday Package contained in the Readymade inter-alia the sealed Activation Code, Destination Information, How to Book rules and Terms and Conditions. Activation Code: means the slip containing the 8 digit activation code that provides access to the holiday as per services specified. Package Info Voucher: means the booklet containing the description of the holiday including details of services, and any other information pertaining to the holiday

 

  • HOLIDAY PACKAGE INFORMATION ACCURACY
    All information given in this holiday package information is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any holiday package information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control. In case we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking, otherwise our local representative, in case of international tours, will inform you of the changes.

 

  • MEALS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
    The menus are pre-set menus provided for meals on the tour. The types of meals, if any, are clearly indicated in the holiday package information. Unlike an airline, we cannot provide a special meal, nor do we guarantee a special diet to the client, except to the extent mentioned in the brochure and preferred by you. We however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. In the event that the client wakes up late and misses the breakfast offered to him or the client is out on his own and reaches late or in case of delay of flights or for any other reason whatsoever the client misses any meal including breakfast offered to him by the company, then no claim can be made for the meal/breakfast, which he has missed and not utilized. Special requests for room allocation, diet consideration on tour / cruise / flight etc. must be made in writing at the time of booking, but all such requests shall be subject to availability. The Company will not be held liable for claims of damages or consequential loss if the company is unable to process such requests for want of availability.

 

  • HOTEL
    Hotels insist on photo-identification of the clients for security purposes. You would have to carry a valid photo identification document issued by the government (e.g. Passport, Driving License etc). In case of any issues with the services at the hotels, kindly inform the reception / duty manager immediately. In some cases, we reserve the right to provide alternate hotels of the same category based on the availability. Early check in and late checkout is always subject to availability at the hotel and can never be guaranteed under any circumstances. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel premises / coach / Airport / during travel or place of visit etc. Some hotels offer the facility of safe deposit lockers, which can be availed of by you at your own cost and risk. The company will not be liable for any loss/theft from the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach / place of visit etc. during your stay/tour/visit, shall be borne and payable by you, and the company will not be liable for the same. Company is not liable if there is sudden disruption/disorder of telephone, internet services, and other amenities while staying at the hotels. The company will also be not responsible for the facilities provided or not provided in the room/bathroom/hotel premises etc. by the Hotel or its staff. Rude or Unprofessional behavior of hotel staff does not come under the direct purview of the company and the company will not be responsible for the same. Facilities like mini bar, pay television channels, telephone etc are not complimentary and these facilities if used by the client have to be paid for by the client directly to the Hotel and such charges are not included in the tour cost. The client will have to abide by the check in /check out time of the hotel. Any changes made directly by the hotel come under their direct purview and we will not be liable for any compensation due to this change.

  • AIRLINE:
    The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him for Loss of Baggage by the Airline, Failure to provide meal of the clients choice by the Airline, Overbooking of seats by the Airline, Failure on the part of Airline to accommodate client despite having confirmed tickets, Meals offered by the airline/Quality of meal, Flight delay, if the client misses the flight, Changes of flight schedule/routing/airline mentioned at the time of booking. In this condition the expression howsoever cause includes willful negligence on the part of any person. If in the event that the client is booked on a particular Airline on a particular date and due to certain reasons beyond the control of the Company, the client is not allowed to board the flight, the client shall not hold the Company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client against the Company. In case of any increase in Airport Taxes/Airport Development fees payable to the respective Airport shall be borne and payable by the Client. All the booking / cancellation / change of the airline ticket and the travel on such airline ticket will be subject to the terms and conditions of respective Airlines and the same may be provided to the client by the company upon request, if available.

  • LOSS/DAMAGE
    Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.

  • ACCOMMODATION FOR CHILD BELOW 12 YEARS OF AGE:
    A child below 12 years of age who is booked on the tour paying the special rate over and above the pack rate on without bed basis will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the tour under any circumstances. In case the client makes any changes in their rooming while on the tour, the company shall not make any refunds or pay any compensation to them. In case the Client decides to make any change in the rooming while on the tour subject to availability, then they shall be bound to pay additional charge. The pack rate is the cost per couple mentioned on the cover of the Readymade Holidays pack.

  • BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
    Whilst making the booking all accurate details are required.
    No amendments allowed after commencement of travel.
    There could be a variation of policies for the bookings/reservations made by the hotel management during the peak season/trade fair/New Year/Christmas Eve, Public holidays etc.

  • CANCELLATIONS
    If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. All Cancellations will attract the following Cancellation Charges:

 

  • Cancellation prior to confirmation of holiday services: 20% of the selling price shall be deducted.

  • Post confirmation and pre-validity of the pack: Cancellation charges applicable as per suppliers(hotels/ airlines/local travel operators) policies, to an extent or maximum of 100% of selling price shall be deducted Post validity/expiry date of pack: 100% of selling price shall be deducted

  • The holiday pack cannot be exchanged/ refunded for any other product /service available at the store nor is the same encashable.

  • The cancellations will be accepted only on return of the Readymade Holiday Pack and all its contents thereof in original.

  • REFUNDS
    Refunds (If any) would take at least 30 working days to process refunds. There is no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.) Third Party refund i.e. airlines, cruise, overseas suppliers could take between 30 to 90 working days, provided relevant supportings are provided to the Company.

  • CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
    Refunds (If any) would take at least 30 working days to process refunds. There is no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.) Third Party refund i.e. airlines, cruise, overseas suppliers could take between 30 to 90 working days, provided relevant supportings are provided to the Company.
    In case if a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
    Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the client for:
    Any over stay expenses due to delay or changes in bus/ air/ trains / ship/ or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever.
    Any Loss/Damage of baggage by the Airlines/Hotels/Coach.

  • HIGH SEASON/TRADE FAIRS/FESTIVALS
    The Readymade Holidays are priced for non-peak season including festivals, trade fairs etc
    Accommodation during this period at hotels will be as per the policies / rules/ regulations of the hotel management.
    Should part of the stay be during this period the higher rate may apply for the entire duration of the stay as specified by the hotel.

  • DEVIATIONS
    If you wish to extend the travel before or likely to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge (subject to availability of seats for the given dates and ticket validity). The additional charge will be advised to you on confirmation of the deviation date. The request for deviations should be given in writing to the company at the time of booking as these requests are subject to availability.

  • SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
    We are travel and holiday organizers only. The role of the company is that of an agent of the client to secure proper services for the tour from the independent contractors and service providers such as the airlines, shipping company, hotels, Coach etc. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select them and have no control in operating them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or default or omission of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner / coach operator who are the company s independent contractors arising outside our normal selection process.

  • PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
    We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with airline, hotels and other service providers who will provide the services to you during your tour. However we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulations or enquiry by any government / statutory agency having regulatory authority over the Company.

  • HEALTH AND INSURANCE:
    It shall be the duty of the Client to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. Pace of certain tours might not be suitable to individuals. Hence we suggest that individuals may choose tours as per their health conditions.
    The Company reserves the right to ask the Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed the Company will not be liable to provide any assistance or money back.
    It is necessary, especially in case of International Readymade Holidays, for the client to obtain valid travel/health insurance prior to the commencement of the tour and the company will not be responsible for the same.
    Settlement of the claims will be entirely at the discretion of the insurance company.

  • COMMUNICATION:
    Any communication directed at the address or made through/on the contact details such as e-mail id, cell phone/telephone no of the Client as disclosed in the “Confirmation Slip” or made to the travel agent through whom the client has made the bookings with the company shall be deemed to have been communicated to and received by the Client. The Company shall not responsible for any error on part of mode of communication or the Travel Agent in this regard.

  • FORCE MAJEURE
    The Company shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of terms and conditions/services/tour or part thereof as above, if the performance thereof is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the company, which shall include acts of God, riots, wars, accidents, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, natural calamities or requisition contractors caused by any such circumstances as referred herein. Any additional cost incurred by the Company, for the services provided to the Client, during the Force Majeure event, shall be paid by the Client.

  • JURISDISCTION
    All dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the tour and services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only. Upon signing the Confirmation Slip or submitting the Confirmation slip to activate your holiday, these terms and conditions shall be binding on both the company and the client and shall become the only basis of relations between the parties and all previous communications in whatsoever form or mode, whether oral or otherwise, with respect to any term or conditions of the tour and services shall stand cancelled /revoked/terminated.
